Steviol glycoside 95% had been approved by EU in Nov 2011 and was allowed to be used as food sweetener,E-Number:E960
There are 3 types of steviol glycosides 95%:
1.With lower percentage of rebaudioside-A 40 ~ 60% which were extracted directly from dried stevia leaves;
2.With higher percentage of rebaudioside –A 80% ~ 90% which were refined by crystallization process;
3.With higher percentage of stevioside 90% which was made through film separation and crystallization process.
